We offer a curated range of luxury substrates including 350gsm silk, uncoated laid paper, textured cotton stock, and specialty boards. Each product tier includes a complimentary paper consultation.

Can I request a physical proof before full print?

Yes — we offer printed proof copies for an additional fee. This is recommended for large-run orders (500+ units) to verify colour accuracy under real lighting conditions.

What file formats should I submit?

For Custom tier: print-ready PDF with 3mm bleed and CMYK colour profile. For Partial and Full Creative: any format works — we'll handle the technical preparation.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to over 40 countries via tracked courier. Duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Contact us for a shipping quote.
